Consultant Model & Agreement

Engagement Model: You will be engaged as a design consultant on active client projects. Performance and cultural fit will be evaluated over the engagement period. Exemplary performers may be offered full-time positions. Confidentiality, IP handling, and performance expectations will be detailed in a formal consultant agreement if you are selected.

I understand and accept the consultant-first engagement model, with potential transition to full-time roles based on performance.

I understand that design work will be subject to confidentiality and IP agreements to be finalised upon engagement.
